On September 25th, the Center for an Urban Future and the Garment District Alliance held a policy forum focused on what is needed to reinvigorate Eighth Avenue in the Garment District, including exploring possible strategies for creating a safer, more vibrant, and more welcoming corridor.
Barbara Blair was a featured speaker along with State Senator Brad Hoylman-Sigal, NYC City Planning Commission Chair Dan Garodnick, PAU Founder & Creative Director Vishaan Chakrabarti, Breaking Ground COO Amie Pospisil, and Midtown North Precinct Community Council President Delores Rubin.
