Residential Rezoning
At his State of the City address yesterday, Mayor Adams announced plans to rezone Midtown to allow for office-to-residential conversions.
The Garment District Alliance recently published a study on the potential for residential conversion/development in the area. We fully support this plan and believe it is essential to improve the quality of life of our neighborhood.
