The Garment District Alliance is proud to announce that our President, Barbara Blair, has been recognized as one of City & State's inaugural Economic Development Trailblazers. This prestigious list highlights 100 New Yorkers who are driving economic growth and creating opportunities across the state and beyond.
Barbara has been a staunch advocate for the continuing evolution of our neighborhood, including supporting a zoning overhaul to encourage housing development and calling on Albany to address pressing issues like NYC’s mental health and substance use crisis.
