The Garment District Alliance is seeking proposals from qualified Program Managers to deliver the next cycle of our Special Programming, now known as the Business Development Collaborative (BDC). Since 2019, this initiative has supported district industries through technical assistance, workforce development, training, and infrastructure-focused programs. We are now inviting organizations to propose innovative programming that will strengthen the district’s economic vitality and support its legacy sectors.
